Jazzmine

Jazzy

Jazzmine is a finished barrel horse ridden and owned by Katie Fish, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Due to some soundness issues, Jazzmine is at Shamrock T to be enjoyed as a trail horse. 15.2 hands, super quiet disposion, good in the arena and out on he trails....moves out slow and steady and is very solid. Nice for really any level of rider. Check her out while we have her!

"Jazzy" 16 yr old AQHA dun mare 15 hands. Well bred, three bars, the ole man, and chickaroula lines. Jazzy is very patient with beginner/ heavy handed riders. She is great in the arena, and is being used now for gymkhana. She is awesome on trails, virtually bombproof, dogs, hills, water, large groups, etc. no problem. Primarilly ridden by my 10 year old son. $ 4500.00

"Buckshot" 15 year old quarter cross gelding. 15 hands. Has won many awards in cowboy mounted shooting, used for lessons, awesome on trails and is as bombproof as they come. He will go out alone,or in large groups, a pleasure to ride, steady and surefooted, just point him and go. Primarilly ridden by my 8 year old son. $ 5000.00

13 yr old gelding, He has done it all... police work/ parades/ team penning/ barrels/jumping etc. Skip broke his leg in 2006 and fortunately recovered WONDERFULLY ...but cannot be ridden hard! Despite his injury he is still competetive in gymkhana with the kids... Look at Skip and Cody Go at the Acton Rangers gymkhana Oct 2010. Awesome on trails too. Beginners OK. Skip is priceless... for lease only!

25 yr old Arab cross gelding, 14.2 hands, he is a finished gymkhana horse and currently ridden at Acton Rangers Gymkhana by Cody. Rocket lives up to his name and is very fast and still in great shape! Cody is hoping to continue to connect with Rocket and turn in some winning times!

Flashy 15 hand mare, 8 yrs old. Well bred with lines of Mr. Gunsmoke and reining winners! Well broke, FAST and ATHLETIC! Will go English / Western, would make a fabulous hunter/ barrel/ performance horse! Patterned on barrels and poles and is doing great, currently running AA/ AAA times with limited showing. Will be competed on in 2011. Very sweet disposition. We primarilly ride her on trails now, good in groups, less confident going out alone, but getting better! Ok for confident beginners/ intermediate riders. $ 4500.00

Our newest arrival! Big , stocky 14 yr old gelding, 15.2 hands. He was used on a ranch in Nevada and sold to a feedlot awaiting slaughter. We found him through Valley View Ranch http://www.valleyviewranchequinerescue.webs.com/ and rescued him in April 2011 and is doing well. He does have an old stifle injury and his riding use is being evaluated. So far he has a wonderful dispositon and done very well on the trails, but needs to be brought into shape to see if he can manage hills etc but is great on flat and avail for leasing now. Sisco would love a pat from you next time you are out!

Nice 14 yr old APHA Sorrel Overo gelding with one blue eye. 16 hands. Very quiet disposition, you can let him sit for a month and just get on and go. As bombproof as they come! Will go English or Western, he is a fluid mover, but a bit lazy in the arena and take some effort to get himn going. Very different on trails, loves to go out, rarely spooks, will go out alone or in a group. He has been team penned on, gather cows, will jump, used for lessons and he is husband safe! $ 4000.00

1985 AQHA dun mare. As nice as they come. Good for beginner through advanced riders. You can let her sit, then just get on her and go! She has done it all, parades, flags, search and rescue, mounted police, patrolled at Oakland Raiders games, and used as a lesson horse...she will do it all. For an older horse still has lots of energy, goes out alone, very push button! Restricted to flat trails due to her age. Beginners OK. $ 1000.00.

Oakley: 16 yr old dun gelding. 15 hands. Has been HARMS trained, very quiet disposition. Has been used for horse camping / beach/ pack trips. Streets, dogs, water, hills, no problem. Moves out on the trail and prefers to be in front as he is long strided. Well broke in the arena, smooth gaits and transistions. He could shoe 4-H etc with a bit of work on his headset. Shilo has been used as a barrel horse....but prefers the non competitive life! She is well broke in the arena, but has a lot of speed. She is great on trails, prefers to be in front, long strided and covers alot of ground. Will go out alone or in large groups. Safe, Sane, fearless, hills,water, streets, dogs etc. dont bother her.
